During a trial in court there is a jury, these people come to a conclusion as to whether or not the defendant is guilty. This means that the jury needs to know about each piece of evidence. Some ways evidence is presented to the jury is video aids, for example video tapes, photographs, handwriting, maps etc. In much more harsh trials for example serial murders, sometimes the jury is required to visit the crime scene in order to get a better understanding of the case in trial, although this can be quite rare. Other ways evidence is presented in court is by using story boards, these are used for videos/photos, it shows a detailed view on the events throughout the crime and links the evidence together.
